Cornello dei Tasso, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is located on a mountain rock close to the Brembo River, and still serves its original urban structure, from the Middle Ages. It has been an important commercial point along the years thanks to its location, within the Via Mercatorum, the path which connected Bergamo to Valtellina.
Here it is possible to visit the Museum of Tasso and Postal History. The Village has an history strictly connected to the Tasso Family and the Church of the Saints Cornelio and Cipriano.
